What I hear from the higher-ups is that they usually get free rentals.

I'll bounce some e-mails around at work today and see if we have a "free" promotion code or at least a discount.

I checked... Avis just gives us gratuitous free rentals at times... we don't have a promotion code sorry.

I check the three rate codes, AA, and my 2 corporate rates at Hertz. 005 is AAA in Socal. The AAA almost always beats the corporate rates. For a 9 day rental, you'll save way more than the cost of the AAA membership.
