I have driving at Barber since 2012 and it never grows old - its a very challenging track especially so in a two-ton heavy weight. This was at a Porsche PCA DE event so it qualifies for posting here (at least that's my excuse)! biggrin.gif

What makes Barber challenging are the number of off-camber corners and crests; it also has some tight slow corners making it difficult to hook up.

Enjoy the beauty of one of the nicest Racetracks in the world.

which V8 monster is this? I assumed it was your 914, but Im guessing it was the ZL1
Cracker
Correct. My 914 is heavy but it isn't two-tons...this is the ZL1. The 911 and lower hp cars have a large advantage at Barber - putting the throttle down early without slipping the tires is huge. Horsepower is not always your friend.

I figured that... your 914 would have had no trouble reeling in ANYONE haha
Cracker
Ha! Well definitely not true but it would seem that way...
