Monday October 29th, early afternoon.
Only the 2nd 914 I've seen in the wild not car show related. Nice looking car!

Nice find; next time you get this close to a wild one, get the VIN. I will shoot a pic of the Riverside VIN plate; pencil/paper works too.
Then, go to the VIN database and see if it's been entered; there are almost 10,000 914's list now.
If it's not in the VIN database, you can add it. I usually put words in the description like: "Seen 10/31/18 on HWY 399. Very nice condition"
There is a checkbox for color etc; and you can add the pic you posted by copying the URL of the pic and pasting it into the Picture Box......
