My front turn signals- they don't blink when the headlights are on..

The turn signal indicator inside the gauge does not constantly blink when they are on, so I'm always driving around with my signal left on....


oh and my wipers, they turn on/off but then randomly turn themselves on...

I would check the wiring to the turn signals, someone may have switched the parking light and turn signal leads around, easy to do. Next replace the relay with a known good one.
Finally you must have intermittent wipers as when the ground point under the steering wheel loosens (under one of the lower screws that secures the two switches into the column) the wipers will occasionally swipe when the ground is temporarily lost
