I replaced the steering wheel with a smaller diameter aftermarket and now have the original from my low mileage 1970.

It's the hard rubber version, with an NOS leather Wheelskins wrap recently installed. Comes with horn butterfly in good condition.

Any idea on value? I heard somewhere the early 911 guys like this wheel??

I know, I know - need to see pictures...

Thanks!

$200-250 if its "804 10"
$400-450 if its "803 10"

803.10 was the part # for the 914-6GT steering wheels. Hard plastic wheel then covered with thick 3 5/8" leather.

Thanks guys, I'll post pics & part # later.

This is the stock 914-4 wheel - not a -6 & definitely not the GT.

And the stock, non leather covered 914-6 wheel. I've had and sold a couple. One just recently. When double wrapped, also called the RSR wheel.

Worth? That's subjective. To me it's worth nothing since I switched to an Audi steering column... Won't fit... driving.gif

Unless the car is highly modified, I'd keep it with the car.

I just sold two of those for $200 each. No horn pad. You can probably get $225-250 if you are patient.
