Full Version: when using side shift tranny in '71 body what dust cover?

So I put in a side shift tranny into a '71 914 and don't know what to do about the dust cover at the firewall. What do people use? The side sift dust cover? Or something else?

we use the early oval cover, band and boot. Works just fine
