Anyone know the color of Primer (or sealer) the factory used under the Palma Green Metallic paint? Anyone gone with L95K on a respray care to comment? I've read that metallic BLUEs like a black base, and thought maybe the green would be the same. But then again, I was thinking that a white base may make the color pop a little more. thoughts?

Interesting question. I would have imagined that the factory used a single primer regardless of finish color, but I as well have a Palma car that is due for a respray so following.

I did an L99A car (Delphi Green Metallic) with grey primer. Looks great.

My car is also Palma Green metallic. Was repainted (badly) but original paint is still in the interior. If I sanded it back until the color changed would that give the info you needed?

Pretty sure the factory used the same primer under all colors

They really didn't start to prime different colors based off of color of paint until semi recently..
