I’m about to start a project and wanted to check with the experts before I got in over my head. I need to replace my oil cooler seals and A/C belt. Looks like I can do it engine in. Please let me know if I’m missing something.
Drain Oil
Pull tin underneath passenger cylinders.
Remove metal heat duct
Remove oil filter
Remove A/C idler pulley and bracket
Remove passenger side cooling tin between engine and firewall.
Remove oil cooler
replace gaskets and reinstall cooler
Remove alternator belt
Unbolt fan and snake A/C belt over pulley
Put it all back together with new alternator belt as well.

Any input appreciated.

Nothing on YouTube for this one!

Here's the directions...

Change oil cooler seals with motor in the car.

To change the AC belt, just remove the front tin, unbolt the fan, and change the belt. Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly.
