This was a motor for my 75 1.8 Concour project..
95% of the Bosch electronics are Factory Rebuilt..
OR NOS....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and the major percentage of them are NLA.....
Tin is all powdercoated..except 1 piece....
all other pcs restored replated or powdercoated..
95% of the Hardware is NOS or restored...
one thing not done, send dizzy off to be tested and set..
BUT all the electronics are there...and is good to go as is..

Heads are ALL Done all the valves are new except 2 I believe??
Cam original done (shinning review)_....Lifters reground to full spec..
Crank got shinning reviews and done...Same with the rods..
New AA P n C's....Had them all spec'd measured and sized..
Right on the money!!
The case has been fully cleaned and light media blasted out side..
push rods all inspected all in spec..
IF you are uber picky you can line bore it.(case)..I saw no need it is a 1.8
with low 80 thou miles on it....
New Bellows thermostat...
I can go on n on with parts as you 1.8 folks know lots of stuff on the AFC systems..
but they run nice!!

this motor needs assembly..every thing is there...
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS IF YOUR INTENT IS TO CARB IT..
over 250 hours to attain the parts for this engine..

NOTE: The injectors are fully rebuilt..I could not find the proper new ones for this back in the day,,,,,
NOW the Gipper:: It has a NOS/NLA injection Harness that is worth 750.00 by itself.
this project will be stunning once completed..
I DO NOT want to sell the parts individually..although I would make much more money on it that way..
AGAIN I HAVE NOT LISTED ALL THE PARTS THAT COME WITH IT...
There are HEAPS more..
NOTE :: it will go on Samba..a bus guy will snatch it up more than likely..
would love to see it go in a 914 though..
it will ship in multiple boxes..as it is KD....

and lets face it ..these are not high rev'ing motors DUE TO AFC>>>!!
but they run great and strong!!! Reliable..

If whoever buys this engine package is willing to trade me the NOS harness for a new repro 914 1.8L FI harness, I would love to hear from you. Having this NOS harness in my reference harness library will benefit 914 owners for years to come.

This NOS harness will not fit a bus application.
