Question:
Anyone experience this (see photos). Can the hood be adjusted, or is it bent?
From side to side the spacing looks equal.

What does the front trunk seal look like? Is it new? If new then it could look this way. Can you take off the seal to see how it fits?

Get the rear edge and the sides as parallel and uniform with the cowl and fenders
as possible.
Be certain the hood is high enough that it does not catch on the front edge of the cowl.
The mounts on the body for the hinges are adjustable but difficult to access.
The curvature of the sides of the hood can be increased or decreased ....but not
too much.
Your issue may be as simple as adjusting the rubber bumpers at the front corners
on the body. They can be raised or lowered by screwing them in or out.
After you've optimized these items the headlight covers, eyebrows and the front
bumper will need attention.
Results can come in a few minutes.....or a few days.
As Buck says above.....new gasket ? just hope it settles down but don't expect too much.
When these things are 'right' the whole car looks better.

Always hard to tell from pics only, but...
Carefully check the underside / support structure for signs of damage. I have a hood that's doing what yours is doing. At first glace, it looks perfect. However, in looking at the support areas, I found a smallish dent. It's causing a slight bow in the hood that makes it sit a bit proud of the fender line. Until that's addressed, no adjustments will make it fit correctly.
Hopefully, that's not what's up w/yours and adjustment will get you there.

I say it is the seal. My new seal ruined the fit of my hood six years ago....slowly improving......fits perfect without seal. I am going to use heat gun to flatten seal ...off of car of course....these heat guns get really hot!! Having the hood and lights and eyebrows fit like new is what makes a fair car or a great car in my opinion.

this is dead on, align to the cowl first and make sure it is perfectly uniform. If when uniform to the cowl and will not align to each side, the car has been hit, if perfect on the cowl and one fender, the other fender side has been hit. Besides the buffers the hinge mounting brackets and the hinge bolts being adjustable, the latches have a bit of adjustment in them. Finally, like someone else stated, if the hood structure has been damaged underneath OR the hood has been bowed, it can be made to lie flatter by putting a 2x4 under the front side lip and then be pushed down in the middle side one side at a time to make the hood flatter

I've been working on this same issue, lowering the front latch (I even filed the slots a bit) helped. You can then adjust the bumper down a bit if needed.

I changed the hood seal on mine, fit is perfect. If you have changed the seal on the wall that separates the fuel tank from the front trunk compartment, it only goes on one way. If you have on backwards the hood when closed will bow and the alignment will be off. That happened to me. Reversed it and had no resistance when I closed it.
Bringing this one back....I'm pretty happy with the way my hood lines up except for as I get closer the cowl. I think I have this narrowed to a potential adjustment at the hinges.
Question is, how is this adjustment achieved? I can't quite get a grip on the procedure. Are there two bolts down there? Simply loose and lower or will there be pressure/force on them due to the hinge springs? I certainly don't want to make it worse as it's really just picking nits at this point....

The rear hinge mount adjustment is difficult and will require patience and
caution. It could lead to damage of your paint across the rear edge of the hood
and the front edge of the cowl.
The mounts are hard to even see no less adjust in a incremental way.
Mark the current position before doing anything.
