Should I be reusing my push rod retainers? If not, who has them?

yes will be fine, reuse them!!!

We have plenty of new ones on the shelf if you are missing one, though

If they're bent tweak them with heavy needle nose pliers, many I see the ears are bent.
I don't worry about if they're sitting right in the PR tube when cranking the rocker nuts down, I use smaller needle nose pliers to pull them up afterwards. This is also a must do inspection, they can be off center, but both wire corners should be engaged in each tube.

Common to see a shine where an errant wire was running on the PR.
