Mine has been replaced in the past and I don't have a key for it. As there's no way to get the barrel out without a key I figure a replacement is needed.

Any condition considered, ideally I'd like something in pieces that I can re-key but let me know what you have.

Stick your current key in lock, you can pull the lock out from there

Hmm, I can get this far but can't get the tumbler out to re-key, which I assumed you couldn't do without the correct key. Am I doing something wrong?

The barrel corrodes into the cylinder. You might need some gentle persuasion
