Hi guys - the AZ car (ride height thread) is leaking oil out of the lower gasket on the breather tower, part #10.

Is that just held in place by #11?

First time dealing with this so thanks in advance for the help.

Yes. It's time for a new gasket.

Should be easy to swap out then.

Best practice to install as-is or should I lightly coat the gasket with RTV?

Thanks

Clean throughly, the bale will hold the gasket nicely in place. The RTV often is used if the bale has stretched over time. I made the ones we sell 1/16” thicker so no need to glue in.
A very inexpensive part at $2.99.
