Just a timely reminder for us all:
Armed Forces day honors active service military
Veterans Day honors those who have served
Memorial Day honors the fallen, who gave their lives in service.

Clarification came from a few vets in my class.

Never forget...

Walked with my mom and daughter to see the bikes ride in for what might be the last rolling big thunder.

Mark is right. Memorial day is not about veterans. it's about men and women who died in the line of duty protecting our country. Not all of those men and women were military. Lots of civilians from all walks of life, have also died protecting, and serving our country. Veterans day is in November! That said, thanks for the recognition.
