At some point before I got the car, the paint was scraped in that area. The previous owner "fixed" the stripe with electrical tape but the scrape is still visible under the stripe.
Bump for a nice honest car. 
The car has been sold, to a 914World member.
Congrats. Glad that it is going to a good home. Nice looking solid car.
