Hi Guys,

Well, Monterey car week has come and gone. As many of you know, this was a special one for me, as my 74 2.0 was invited to join some of the best examples of the finest cars in the world at the Quail on Friday. Truly humbling and mind blowing.

We arrived early Friday morning and were placed between a helicopter and two 25 million dollar McLaren F1s (2!). On our right was a gorgeous 61 Alfa Giulia. The class included a bunch of #1 Jaguars, Lamborghinis, and a rare Cheetah, which won the class. Pretty good company for a NARP wink.gif

There's no way I would've made it to the Quail without this amazing community. I really felt like all of 914 World was with us on the lawn and thought I'd share some of the joy in pictures. Special shout outs to @valcooscar @eric_shea @bdstone914 @ed_turbo @matty900 @mikey914 @914_7T3 @dr914 @autoatlanta.com.

Thanks to everyone!

Maybe my bumblebee will be ready for next year wink.gif

Jeez, the car next to yours was a 1961 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint Speciale, NOT a 1961 Alpha Giulia!

That’s actually a car that was at the werks event. Beautiful low mileage twin to mine...only with chrome bumpers and brown interior.

Pretty sure the badging on that car said “giulia” but I defer to your expertise. Btw “alpha” was how spellcheck handles Alfa. Fixed now.

Ok I saw the woman in red but couldn’t figure what she had on her head, you solved it.
