On Tuesday night cars from the Great Race stopped in Urbana IL. A call was made to the local car buffs to bring their 25 yr old or older cars for a car show in support of the Great Race. We had a lot of cars there but I didn't get all the pictures I wanted. I did get most of the cars from the Great Race (some were still out some place getting fixed).
If you visit my webshots Great Race Album you can see a lot of very nice looking older cars. Some of them just coming in. If you look long enough you will find two local Porsches in the pictures - my 914 and my friends 67 911S - a very nice car.
BTW the leader is only 10 seconds off the pace after 8 legs and it is a 1917 Hudson Indy Racer.
