they should be equal......the only way I could see the compression being a tad higher would be if you spun the motor enough to a good coat of oil on the cylinders to help seal the rings a little more.

I'm having a wierd situation with my 951. Sometimes it won't start with the starter, but if I push it, no problem. I don't get what could be going on. Fuel is good, spark seems to be good. I'm gonna take the plugs out and look at them tomorrow. I don't get it confused24.gif

had a escort (don't laugh, it was a good car for the most part) that did that... the starter/selenoid was going out.... it couldn't generate enough torque... we cleaned up the brushes and replaced the selenoid... and worked like a champ after that!

not bad for a car that I traded a broke -ass chevy truck to a guy and got the car and $500 bucks for!! I got the better end of that deal... the selenoid was all of the work I ever did to the car and the truck stayed in the shop for weeks on end!
