We did a story on turbo fans in 000 a while back. One of the most misunderstood elements on a race car—they can work, but only under some circumstances. Sure do look cool...

I've only seen them on deep dish wheels. The ones at our shop are for centerlock hubs.

These wheel fans can be made for normal wheels too. It has to attach to the center hole. These were on the 70' and 80's factory racecars (956, 962, 924 GTR, etc) to pull in more air for cooling the brake rotors. They just look dang cool to me.
