My fuel pump seems dead. Before I go replace it, I want to make sure it's not a simple issue with the circuit. Problem is, my car has been modified so I'm not sure where to look -- relays, relay board, fuse panel. I don't have a multimeter but I should probably pick one up.

Fuel Pump relocated to front / steering rack

I don't see any obviously blown fuses (including an inline fuse on a wire to the relay board); anything else I should check before replacing the pump?
