I bought the 5 lug Billet hubs from Brad back in the day. I’m seeking the stud length from someone that has installed or worked with them. I’m going to add spacers and would like to order longer studs before pulling the hubs.

This should be pretty easy to measure out. Grab the calipers and measure the thickness of the boss for the studs. Grab a wheel and measure from the back to the outside "flat" of the wheel. Grab a wheel nut and measure from the outside/top/end of the taper (acorn) to the end of the nut. Add all of them together and give yourself some margine: 5mm-10mm. Add the thickness of a spacer if you run them.
I have a bunch of stock, 45mm studs if you need them.
G Thanks Aaron. Current studs appear to be around 70mm. Looked at the installers on Amazon;are they used to “pull” the stud through the hub and seat the inner serrated head ? And, what the recommended method to remove the old studs ?
Lastly, should hub-centric spacers be used @yeahmag

If you are going to have the hub off the car, a press makes short work of the removal and install. About the same effort as tying your shoes.

Those installers Amazon sells are great. You can use a brass drift and hammer to knock the studs out.
Ordered ! Thanks for the heads up. I just need to remove one of the front hubs and measure a current stud.....any particular brand recommended ? It's a street car.

I'd suggest using a steel lug nut with the installer

Thanks; I’ll do that If I add 1/2” spacers to each side, is realignment required ?

Alignment should not change, Jim.

agreed; with the force required to seat those studs, aluminum will strip quickly. a shop press is a much easier way of doing it.
OEM press-fit studs were Verbus from what I understand.
