My British friend told me they are Italian, but are not made by Pirelli and have received good reviews.
According to the tire finder on their web page; they show a variety of 14" tires....

I did read that they were going to build a plant in Italy...
MOMO said the tires are engineered and tested in Europe. The tires, for the most part, are built in China by Shandong Jinyu Industrial Co. Ltd., according to the Department of Transportation identification symbol on the sidewall of products displayed on the momotires.com website.
They offer a 205/60R15 also..
