EDIT: I cheated and found the correct answer is really Kasimir Malevich.

I am shocked anyone looked, and more shocked that anyone would go beyond drooling at a black square.

I understand that the concours had over 160 entries spread out over two fairways, and the corral stretched over three fairways (two of which were par five's) with over 500 Porsches. A staggering display. There were as many excellent Porsches in the corral as they were in the concours, which itself was exceptional.

The second pic looks like Steve Beddors RUF. Raced at Pikes Peak and a record holder at Virginia City Hillclimb.
