i am looking for an oil temp cover aka taco plate. i am just looking for the cover w part number 039 101 275. thx

Don't do it !! A waste of money. This is one of the major points for an engine oil leak. Get your self one of the billet aluminum ones. I did and my oil leak has stopped. They look good too

These are no more prone to leaking than the original non sender plate. They seal the same.

I agree with this.
mine doesn't leak

I suppose if it had been warped, damaged, or over tightened it could be a leaker
at that point your lucky the case didn't crack also...
but none of my engines (10-15 over time) have had significant leaks from the taco
if they do seep, I re-gasket them correctly and it solves the problem
