I have three sets of aluminum rockers panels for sale. I developed these myself and made a couple extra sets. If you were at Okteenerfest in 2019 you had the opportunity to see these in person. These are under half the weight of an OEM steel set. Comes with mounting hardware. Price is $200 plus shipping. I can also make more sets if there is enough interest.

I estimate shipping to the west coast will be about $75.

Shipping to the west coast would approximately $75. Shipping to east coast is about $40 $50. I will give final cost before payment.

Nice to see this kind of thing being developed! Added lightness, plus numerous options for finishing aluminum - polished rockers for instance!

Very cooi product

@dlee6204

Any chance you have an extra set of mounting hardware available for purchase? Easier than running around trying to find the correct bits, plus it is already plated blink.gif

If still available, I would like a set. I'm in Cashiers, North Carolina, zip 28717. Let me know how you want payment, add cost of shipping please.

All PMs responded to. Right now it looks like the first few sets are spoken for.

If you are interested in a set please let me know. I have a few more sets in process but can do a larger run if necessary.

That's a terrific product for our little cars as most of the original rocker covers are badly damaged, rusted, repaired, etc. beerchug.gif

I would be interested in a set too on your next batch.

I think they would look great as is! OR also zinc plated like the hardware.. idea.gif

You can't zinc plate aluminum. It would have to be anodizing.. Just an fyi

if you are making another batch, would it be possible to get a set without the jack point hole?

Just saw this. I can do this no problem. I just have to wait on the next batch of parts otherwise it will be $$.

If anyone else is interested in a set without the jackhole let me know.
dlee6204

I wanted to add this:

I recently bought a used set of fiberglass rocker pannels. After perhaps 30 hours of rebuilding their top attach mechanism (too fat, too thin, not wide enough, etc.....) i have them mounted.

This offering within this thread is the way to go!!!!

Learn from my pain and experience!

Do you make them with ends to fit flared fenders?

Any idea what the actual weight savings is over stock for these? Definitely interested in a set thanks.

I would be in for 2 sets if you make some for a flared car.
Let us know.

Thanks

It's about half what a stock set weighs. I want to say a stock set was around 12lbs and these came to approximately 6 lbs as a set.

I could possibly make my GT rocker flares out of aluminum for those looking for aluminum.. The steel ones are popular. Hmm maybe worth it for aluminum.

@mb911 That would be about the best solution for anyone wanting a flared version of these. I can send you a set if you want to develop this further. PM me if interested.

I actually have them made out of steel so I would just laser cut aluminum for the end user to weld on.
