According to a few sources, 3 digit date codes, which were prevalent prior to 2000, indicates month/year of manufacture. It's then possible that they may be older than 10 years - possibly 1990
In any event, there's cracking on the sidewalls, so they aren't fit for road usage. If shipping, best to remove them to save $ on shipping. I always disposed of old tires when selling wheels that were to be shipped. Just a suggestion
