Some of the very late 914-6's had column ignitions.
But only the 72 914-6 had the ignition on the column. And they were only sold in Europe, so any 72 six with a 914 vin is a grey market car.

I think a hand full of 72's came here. I looked at a Irish green one many years ago that was for sale. I thought it was a clone, found out it was factory.

- y'all are correct that is not a correct strg col & sw for said claim
