A little bit off topic but what is the significance of the green dot jacks?
That's kinda why I was asking, My '74 has a green dot jack.

My '74 jack has the green dot....not sure when the later (yellow dot) jacks were introduced.
My 76 has the original green dot. The dot color must not be year specific.
