So where does the cable go so it doesn't interfere with the throttle pedal or anything else? I must have something wrong.

I'm Assuming it hangs on this clip? When I move it that far it touches the throttle linkage.

oooops deleted my reply. at first I was thinking of clutch and throttle cable.
I believed speedo is not all the way to the front tunnel but half way or by the middle hole of the tunnel you have to go on top of the tunnel.

It does not go inside the tunnel. it lays on top and to the right of the wire harness starting at about the shifter.
