Got one in the warehouse. You may need to use your plastic base though. $39 shipped. Has correct number on it. Picture later today.

Yes, if you could get me a picture, that would be great. What do you mean by plastic base? The wire wire harness holder?

Dependng on the width of current holder you may have to swap plastic holders. Correct 75-76 Switch
