I took these off of my running fuel injected 2.0 after it dropped a cam bolt and I ended up buying a long block instead of doing a rebuild. The heads were unaffected.
They are complete with all valve springs. I can give you some more pictures if you need.

If the exhaust valves are origional, I wouldn't put them back in an engine (assuming they're the sodium filled variety).
