Well the back brakes work with the new pads. However in the frount the brake piston is stuck. Does any one have any advice?

You are going to have to get the stuck piston to move so you can rebuild the caliper (or get replacement caliper(s) that don't have stuck pistons).
I would suggest inserting a pad on the "unstuck" side and pumping the brake pedal to get the "stuck" piston to move. Usually, if you can get the piston to move it will be unstuck. You then should completely rebuild the caliper (including polishing the piston and piston bore). They like to rust if left sitting with old brake fluid in them.

Thanks for the adivice does any one know where to get the parts to rebuild the brakes?

pelican parts, paragon products, gpr parts. Any of those guys should have repair kits.
Alternatively right our you / our doorstep is Craig from camp914.com, give him a call to see about a kit or even a spare caliper.
