This is not directed at Maverick as I have no idea who he is. But what others have said should be the standard approach when dealing with any new member whose first posts are selling valuable, hard to find, rare, parts.

Eyes on first-we have members everywhere who could help with this. Then get full contact information and address of the seller to verify they are legit. Better to lose a part than your hard earned money when you are ripped off by a fraudulent turd especially during this tough economic time when so many have been left idle with no income.

We are a great community and must protect one another.

I have met Maverick and he is a 100% stand up guy. I have bought parts from him. He is mainly a 911 guy and is not highly active or knowledgeable on 914 parts.
He is very active on the Pelican 911 board.
If anyone here is seriously interested it the wheels i can PM his cell.

there are many great members on this site with few or no posts. Post count in its self shouldn’t determine your spending behavior. Porsche guys, in general, are being targeted all the time so it just pays to be cautious out there.

Currently have a set on BAT ,15x6, 15x7.
