I am mounting my console today, my 1974 has harness.
So where is connection for temp sensor in engine area?

on the bottom of the sump, in the "taco" plate...

should be green w/ black wire, already under the consule, hooked up for the one on the dash...i tried to run them both but it didnt like it.

The wire from the engine meets the wire from the console beneath the battery box. There's a rectangular translucent plastic insulator at the end of the wire. The Cap'n
