Invited over to my friends shop with Steve Gaglione (SMG914 owner of another M-471 - HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to Steve & Janie)
Carlos just bought the most highly optioned M-471 ever( he has owned 4 previous 914-6s) & it just arrived from Germany. It is in the perfect shop ( especially with the Corona Virus) they can get work done while racing season is in limbo. Steve & I will be involved, this will be a CONCOURS Restoration.

I turned down a chance to crew with my friends team & he won ( he won twice now) - he bought everyone on the Team a Rolex - guess I screwed the pooch on that one!

Yeah, the ignition switch on the steering column was the clue. Looking forward to seeing this build progress.
