New old stock single stage switch. Works just like 914 switch BUT has extra poles to included rear fog light. It DOES not allow for front and rear separation. All on or all off.
I put the 914 bezel and fog light knob on for demonstration, NOT included in sale. $69 shipped.

The extra 2 poles are both for rear fog light? Are the other 3 the same orientation as 914? 
I would have to look at a 911 wiring diagram but I would say yes.
