As per topic question,think they changed to the larger size from 72 up ?.

ok now I'am confused ?? why are the Momo steering wheel adaptors different from early to late ?

ok now I'am confused ?? why are the Momo steering wheel adaptors different from early to late ?

Early and six wheels use a Porsche steering shaft. 72 and later, including the 72 six use a VW shaft. All the same size splines but some differences in horn contacts and shaft base.

Thanks Mark that clears it up,selling my current wheel and going back to double leather wrapped stock wheel with hockey puck as used before,so need to know.
