I am a bit confused. I think you are asking the following.

You have a website link in an e-mail that you have on your computer. You want to post that same link in a thread on another board.

This is the easiest way.

1. Open the link from your e-mail in your favorite web browser.

2. Copy the entire link address from the browser address bar (do this by highlighting the entire link and then hitting the Control and C button together to copy)... or highlight the link and then select edit, and then copy.

3. Start posting the thread on the site you want to post the link to.

4. At the appropriate spot hit the Control button and V together (Control+V) to paste or simply click Edit (on the toolbar at the top of the screen) and then select paste

If you are asking another type of question... then perhaps you should go ask your "friends" on the "other" forum... we don't like you here anyways!
