Have you tried a lab supply company such as Thomas Scientific?

I would suggest that such small quantities (<1.0 ml), you might want to measure volume by weight.

Thanks, you guys! Is this site the greatest or what? Got a glass one on order along with the air flow meter. Learning to tune carbs.

I had figured I'd make a vial using a plastic syringe and widening the top. Still may do it just to see.
