Strange new phenomenon.
When I start the car, the directional indicator lights turn on, and stay on for 5-10 min, and then slowly fade to off.
Bad bulbs? They don't appear to be corroded?

Any ideas?

Try checking grounds. Bad grounds are the culprits of weirdness.
