Passenger side under the battery box area - the channel where the seal goes is not exactly how it should be.

Does Restoratuon Design have a good repair section for this? Other ideas?

we have the channel and the complete engine shelf with channel. First rust part we made back in the late 80s!!!

Source a dr side. Mirror image. I used a dr side when I repaired the hack job from the AC install.

I did this on my last car. If I recall correctly RD has the shelf with the channel for the rubber. Trim it to fit. Look at 2nd page of this thread to see the piece.

Yes, RD has the shelf with channel and I think sells just the channel also so you have options. I installed a shelf on mine. It's a pretty easy install but you have to do a bit of fiddling and cutting to trim the piece for a perfect fit.

Thanks @BBrock . I got the rear trunk panel welded in today so I think I’m gonna tackle this next while I work up the courage to deal with the jacking point.
