Looking at the RD seat hinge bracket the other day I noticed that it's not symmetrical (see attached pic). I had to cut the hinges out of my original seat hinge brackets so I can't tell if the originals were also asymmetrical and, if so, which way they are supposed to go (e.g., longer sides at the front). Anyone know the correct orientation for these?

I didn't measure but I'm not sure I see the asymetry at quick glance. Maybe just stamping variation?

Anyway, here is a picture of one as purchased on an AA 1/2 floorpan.
