Hello,

Any recommendations on what kind (mfg) of exhaust system I should buy and reasonably priced source for it.
My old header/extractor system for the last 25 years finally rotted away. I'd like find something similar but haven't seen them in years. It has a series of pipes that circle around, but it doesn't have a conventional muffler at the end. Its more like a glass pack muffler(oblong shape about 12" long) with a flared chrome end.

I will have stainless steel mufflers for 1.7/1.8 available in a couple weeks. Hand made in Wisconson. Though not cheap, they aren't expensive, especially when you consider the all stainless construction is built for a lifetime of use.

Mark I think the OP is looking @ a header solution,4 into 4,Marty has a pretty good header but they need a header type muffler,not sure whats around.
