Does it match the A-pillar tag and front trunk plate?

Better than typical masking but still a re-paint ?

Aren't the last 5 digits the sequential production number? If that's the case then #10655 is well outside the 7900+ cars listed as produced in 1975.

I asked the sender to send me the VINs indicates elsewhere.
Note the VIN clearly indicates a 1975 model year car. Yet the date indicates a 1974 model year car hence the conundrum. Turns out the FI harness is a 1974 harness. I am thinking its a 1974 car, with the wrong VIN on the safety label.
The 1975 cars had a one month run in Sept 1974, where the VIN on this label was incorrect...they issued a recall for that. But this car is 8 months after that.

The highest VIN for 1975 was 4752911368.
4752910655 with date 05-75 is exactly what I expect to see.
The FI Harness may have been at the bottom of a bin too long, but more likely was swapped into the car at a later date.

Seems like the 05/75 date is legit ...
