Those look like the 73-74 fronts and 74 rear bumper guards

The 76 should have small tits (late). For the rubber bumper. These are early, for a steel bumper.
Good news is most folks prefer the steel.

Yes they can be painted with vinyl dye or other paint for rubber or plastic.
