Thats the terminal block for the early cars. Mounts to the chassis, next to the fuse panel.

The problem with the relay bases on the fuse panel, is that sometimes I find them to be moved around - not all cars are the same. study the specific ire colors and match the to the factory schematic to be sure what it is.

The two heavy gauge red wires in the picture attach to the center stud of that
brown block. There are two holes and clips on the dash bracket to attach it.
I recently solved a number of mystery issues in a car when I found those wires slightly
loose.

what color are the wires? you cannot be sure by position alone
