I am truly needing to get better eyes. That looks to be yellow to me and definitely a late 914, 75/76 with the BUBS.

Delphi green was not available on the 75-76 cars. Could be Berber or Summer yellow. Berber has a greenish ting to it.
Does look yellow in the shot, but definitely was greenish. Why say a late model?

The bumpers. Nobody would purposely put '75/'76 bumpers on a car that originally had steel bumpers.
Even looks like rear fenders are flared a little.
