In most lights it looks like my odometer knob was finished in yellow chromate, but in other lights it looks kind of black. I'm guessing the former, but am wondering if anyone knows for sure. In the pic below it looks to me like it was yellow...

Full Version: Correct finish on early odometer knob
On my 3 sixes, they have all been black. 
Do you know if they were painted black or plated and finished with a black chromate?
