Yesterday i got a document stating the original engine number for my 1970 914-6.
The car was as new distributed by: Porsche Car Northwest, Inc., Beaverton, OR.
I know it was raced in Arizona (and California?)at auto slalom events with registration number: WILD6

The engine number is : 6404204

Car is now located in Norway. Hope somebody can help

Good luck Alfy. I hope someone has that motor sitting under their workbench so it can be reunited with your car.
