Now, Eric doesn’t want the part because I will not ship it before he pays.

RiceNeck,
I know it’s a strange way of doing business, but there are several members that have shipped me parts prior to paying. I have also shipped parts prior to payment (never been burned). Eric and his company are 100% standup..... just my .02

Thanks,
Jim

Thanks for the reply.
I have done several hundred dollars worth of business with Eric.
Its my sale, 12 dollars plus shipping
He never shipped me anything without payment.
Pads, caliper restoration, etc., all paid for in advance.
I don’t want a store credit from him....LOL
Thats probably what he would of offered.
Hopefully people will see this post for actually what it is.
It ethics at play here.

Is this really worth getting into over a $12 part?
Or any Porsche part for that matter.

Its really not, but ethics to me is very important.
Several hundred dollars of purchases from Eric.
He says he wants the part, then declines because I will not ship without payment.
I’ll stop here, Jim paid for the part.
Eric has a large fanboy club here.
Call it what you will, thats what went down.
Ethics.
